"I walked in there after riding by just to browse. Sometimes when you walk in to smaller stores you get kind of overwhelmed when someone walks straight up to you and asks if they can help. This didnt happen. The employees acknowledged me walking in but didnt try to rush to help me, which is preferred. I was able to browse for about 5 minutes just looking at different products. Then i remembered something i had been meaning to get. I asked an employee where i could find handlebar phone holders and they pointed me right to them. i looked at one in particular and asked how good it was at holding a phone in place. he reached under the counter and pulled out a sample of it and allowed me to demo it using my phone. I was very satisfied with the service and purchased the product that day. "
